As an organization admin, you have the ability to invite users to join your organization effortlessly. This process is streamlined to allow you to quickly expand your team and assign the necessary roles within your organization.
Initiating the Invitation:
Navigate to the Setup menu.
Select the Users section.
Inviting Users:
In the Users section, you'll find an option to invite new users.
Simply enter the email address of the user you wish to invite in the provided field.
Once the email is entered, hit enter and then click on the Invite Users button.
To invite multiple people, keep entering the email address and hit enter after every email.
User Management:
All users who have been invited, whether they have accepted the invitation or not, will be listed in the Setup -> Users section.
Here, you can manage user roles, resend invitations, or revoke access if needed.
Email Notification :
The invited user will receive a web invitation to join your organization.
They need to accept the pending invite from the profile organization dropdown to join your organization.
User Status : The status of each invited user (e.g., pending, active) can be monitored from the Setup -> Users section.
Resending or Revoking Invitations : If necessary, you can resend the invitation email or revoke the invitation from the same Users section.
Edit User : If a user is provided access to be an admin of an organization, they can view and edit all the projects associated to an organization. If the newly invited user is not given admin permissions, they are deemed as normal users. A normal user can have different roles that can be configured as mentioned in the bullets below :
Assign Roles : To assign roles to a certain user, click on the card view of the device.
A form will appear that reflects all the projects available in this organization
A user can be granted access to multiple projects, where they can be assigned one of two roles: User or Project Manager. The key distinction between these roles is that a Project Manager has the ability to edit project details, while a regular User has view-only access without the ability to make changes.
