Edit Device

Our interface features a variety of action buttons grouped together for your convenience. This setup allows you to perform multiple actions from a single location, streamlining your workflow and improving efficiency.

Settings Update

If you wish to update any of the following devices information :

Hardware Type, Device ID, Name, Location, Floor (if applicable), Main Output, Coordinates**** update the image.

In list view, tap on to a device row and this will enable a few buttons. Click on the Edit Device button.

In card view, tap on to the device card :

This will pop up the form and any of the aforementioned device information can be updated here :

Send Downlink

In List View, to send downlink on a device, tap onto the device row and hit the 'Send Downlink' button :

In Card View, to send downlink on a device, tap onto the device row and hit the 'Send Downlink' button

The following inputs are needed to send a downlink to the devices :

Downlink Controller : Different devices support varying downlink capabilities, which influence their control functions. To send a downlink to a device, select an appropriate controller from the available options tailored for that specific device. Each device's label will indicate the supported controllers.
Controller Value: The specific information or change that needs to be relayed to a device is entered here.
Downlink Port: For a LoRaWAN device, this is the specific frame port on which the device receives the downlink message. This port must be defined here.
Class: For a LoRaWAN device, the downlink timings are based on the device's Class. This Class needs to be specified here.

Note : To send a custom downlink message to a device, select 'Custom' from the downlink controller dropdown and paste your hex message in the controller value with respective port and class.
